Always very very very very busy at lunch times because of the school children who are allowed out and the college kids that are about all day long. The staff do an amazing job packing in all these orders and the service time is brilliant despite the suffocatingly closrophibic crowds that form by the tills and the ketchup/straw/napkin station

I went in this evening to order a meal for my wife who is in hospital. As I was unfamiliar with the ordering machine I was helped by a young lady called Vicky who ensured I was completely happy and that I had ordered everything I needed. I then went to the counter and explained that I had to take the food to the hospital and the manager gave me a double bag with handles so I could carry my food and drinks easily. Overall a faultless visit with exceptional service.

Food is always hot and fresh. Staff are a little bit slow at taking orders and preparing. The lady who cleans is friendly but in all honesty it’s a bit annoying. I had my last bit of my burger and she couldn’t wait to grab my tray. Also approaches you when you just want to be left alone. I guess it’s not her fault and it’s better than having someone miserable but i would still just rather be left to eat. Also think it would be nice if staff actually asked if you want any sauces etc instead of always having to remember. One of the best around when it comes to the food though.

The kitchen staff were totally on it. Really great to watch and so efficient working as a tight team. Expected to wait much longer than we did given how busy, nice work!

The guys on the floor (clearing tables) were on the ball. The one helped a lady with the touch screen and another asked if everything was ok with food/ drinks...and if I needed any sauces. Never been asked that in maccys. 6 stars!!!!
