I Ate here for the first time and I have to say the food was delicious. The burger was full of flavour and the simply chips were unreal. highly recommended and best in town #Sutton.
Service was great and the stuff are very friendly.
Will definitely be back.

Very rude manager 'Ella' has no manners and wouldn't give me more than one ketchup / mayo! Team Leader with name ending in "Kana" refused to give me straws! I asked to eat in and she still packed my food for takeawy! at the Sutton / London branch!

Nice food, alright atmosphere that’s maintain by very strong ac and winds from the main road cars. Very friendly staff and food was served very promptly even at a busy time of the day. Would definitely recommend.

Burger King is my favorite burger fast food shop. Sutton High Street Burger King is the best of the best. I always have tea time meal there twice a week and the customer service there is magnificent. I want to praise two brilliant managers there, namely Vanessa and Michael. Every time I order my favorite whopper and soft drink, they will gain me confidence that the whopper is hot enough to enjoy and the soft drink should be no ice. Thanks a lot for the best services they provide for me and I'll go back there frequently for sure.😍😋😍

Watching them prepare the food it is very clear they have no proper management or system in place. Several employees standing around not sure what to do as they wait for someone else to finish doing something. Once I ordered from the app and got a dessert the Sutton branch did not do. They told me this and stared at me blankly as if waiting for me to just say "ok cool" until I asked what is the alternative for a product I'd already paid for. The manager gave me an alternative ice cream.
However, my food has always been piping hot and made as I arrived to pick it up. Can't say what it's like at busier times though, as I have always come at off peak times.

Food it good. The store is very small on sutton best to get a take away if it is quiet few tables. One table is right by the door which isn't very nice to sit and eat at. Staff where OK. Saying all that it is a fast food place - nice to have a burger King back in town
