We have used New World for many years, but we find the telephone manner is rude and abrupt!
We don’t have chance to ask price and delivery time before we are hung up on!
The call is rushed and we have been sent wrong order or items due to this .
Having said this, the food is faultless

Consistently high quality. Best Chinese restaurant to date. We've been in Newhall 10 years and have tried them all, then found New World. The ribs!!! There's nothing 'spare' about them - real meaty ribs.
Always turns up nuclear hot 🔥 and quick delivery. Super fresh with plenty of fresh veg in the dishes. Never had a bad experience. Highly recommended 👌

Chinese recommended by family, stay in area. Went to collect. Service in over the counter good, very busy. Waited about 20 minutes. All food when arriving home very good. Beef curry very good. Happy with overall experience!

Favourite takeaway in the area, food always spot on and ready in a decent amount of time. Very friendly staff too, great with the kids. Ample parking to rear too.

Had a big order last night as family were over for my birthday, staff were friendly enough on the phone, delivery was a little late but it was a Saturday night so expected! Nothing was missing. Best Chinese I've had for a while

Love this place! I always get the same thing and they’re great every time- phone etiquette needs help but whatever - impress them by asking for chopsticks when you pick up you’re order! 🤣

By far the best Chinese cuisine on earth. The salt & pepper chips are to die for. Anyone in to Chinese MUST try here. The delivery may be slow at times, but that's because it's simply the best - and well worth waiting for
