Absolutely love this place! Customer service was excellent and staff were approachable and friendly. They were very accommodating for my little boy In the pram too. Staff were very happy & the quality AND quantity of food was outstanding! Will definitely be a regular customer!

I went to starving jacks in Swansea yesterday for the first time. There was a sign up saying breastfeeding was welcome which is the first one I’ve ever seen! I had a lovely lunch , the staff were so attentive , got a high chair for us without having to ask, and even offered to prepare a plate of finger foods fo Zac for free! Then when I needed to breastfeed him they offered space downstairs with comfy chairs and said that I can call in whenever I need to feed him and don’t even have to purchase anything. I had honestly never felt so comfortable and welcome feeding my son whilst out in town . Just wish I knew about this wonderful cafe months ago. The food and coffee was delicious too! 5* would highly recommend 👍🏻

We ordered a Jacks salad, which was huge, smelled of damp downstair, but have experienced this in a lot of places with basement restaurants. Will definitely go back.
