Had Sunday lunch. Booking was simple. There was a wait at the bar because of staff shortage but happens everywhere. Lunch was lovely. I'm veggie and one member of staff stood out to us was Cheryl. She spoke to us several times. She told me the veggie option and said it was ready for me. I asked for veggie gravy. She went to make it and took it to our table ready. Lovely lady. We would come bk again. Thankyou everyone 💓

Beautiful dinners every time staff really friendly would like to thank the young lady who served us with our dinner yesterday my son is disabled and can only use one hand and she willingly helped plate up his dinner without any fuss so much appreciated fab meal had by all...thank you sue symmons

It can be quite quiet at times but then this is a good thing if you want a quiet beer I don't like rowdy places staff are great and the beers are always cold and fresh they have a pool table music chanel is always on unless you wish to use the jukebox and also do the most amazing Sunday dinners upstairs but best to book as they are well liked and frequently run out fast.

Went for the first time today for Sunday dinner. Absolutely stunning, 4 freshly cooked meats to chose from, fresh veg ... couldn't fit it all on the plate, so much choice. Really tasty.
