Ashley was superb, super friendly and efficient. He really made the experience one to remember, i came back at least 4 times this month. Super funny and great customer service.

Good coffee in clean environment at a City Centre Café. Didn't eat food, but it is Marks & Spencer, so I am sure it will be fine. Friendly Staff.

Excellent coffee and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. The picture displayed is Oxford Street Costa not whitewalls which is situated around the corner. It's nice to see the baristas her actually making the effort as the quality in some stores has declined.

As the temps are -5°c only few days before christmas just went for hot drink and i loved the New Late Toblerone festive drink 🤩☕♨️ , its quite small place but good enough to accommodate you and loved ones. Last but one yes they do have accessible facilities

Service was fast and coffee was good, however with 4 staff on the toilet facilities early on a Saturday morning should have been in much better condition. Reported to a member of staff but by this time the 3 girls was busy and the 1 young man was serving backed up coffee too the tables. Staff very good to be fair but poor toilet conditions.

Lovely clean and tidy place. Service is friendly and fast. Toilet was clean. Seating outside of 4 tables where you can sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Swansea Town. More importantly, only costa can make a delicious caramel latte 😋
