I visit this coffee shop regularly and I have to say it is by far the best one I have visited. The coffee is always first class with service to match. The manager obviously runs this coffee shop very efficiently as she and the staff are always pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for them. First class keep it up.
Sorry my last reviews were really about THIS COSTA! Lol... place serves great consistent beautiful coffees to die for, clean tables, and most of all! Marvellous fabulous staff, Thank You xxx ( ps, the coffee Costa that kept coming up was , Plymouth St?).. we don't have coffee there sooo, all our last check ins and reviews were really for this place, Oxford Street 110,,and guess what? They deserve it! X
So popped in for a coffee and discovered that I had a birthday reward.
So a caramel chocolate brownie it was a a very tasty latte. Great service from the young barista with the pink hair.
Was made to feel welcome and wished a belated happy birthday during conversation.
The shop was busy but not noisy, muted with whispered conversations.
I sat and read my book but also noticed that the two staff on the floor were busy but attentive to the customers.
Staff were quick to clear and clean recently vacated tables.
Great welcome, fantastic customer service and great teamwork from the staff!
This was our go-to coffee place for our morning coffee and breakfast while visiting Swansea. Costa and it's food are the same everywhere but the staff was what made this Costa extra likeable. So friendly and helpful!

This is my favourite place to relax and read a book. They serve the best cappuccino. And they are extremely friendly. They spread good vibes. Can't recommend going to this place enough! Today one of the staff was doing this tedious work of cleaning in between the tiles. And I found out he was doing that happily of his own free will because it makes a big difference to how the floor looks!
Always a lovely smile on the faces of the staff .I feel very welcome there and a cosy atmosphere. Food is always good too x

I visited this store last week. Well i was very impressed with a lady named Alex.
I walked in and went straight to the baby change facilities. When i came out, i noticed there was a que at the til. I walked towards it and asked Alex if i had to reserve a table. She said no, its fine, i could sit at that table if i like as i had the baby. My baby is newborn. I had problems scanning the track n trace so she offered to help. She noticed i was about to brrast feed, and asked me if i would like a coffee and would bring it over to me. I was so very greatful with the unexpected table service. She was so helpful & polite. It really made my day. The simple things really do count.
