Costa Coffee - Swansea Railway Station

Katy jade and nathan are amazing great customer service very friendly. The make the customer feel welcomed and at ease plus their knowledge of the coffees and cooler drinks are brilliant. They all deserve a pay rise as everytime i have visited they are always rushed off their feet. I would highly recommend swansea station costa as it is such a nice little friendly coffee shop. Under katys sterling and steadfast leadership she has a very strong team robi courtney jade and nathan who are amazing. All staff provide exemplary customer service and katy management skills are second to none especially bonding a young team after the hardships of covid.

I have been going to that Costs for a few months now and I have no complaints about the quality of service or the standard of which it's being delivered. I used to work for Costs myself and I would not have said no to working in that store. At times it can be slow as a former Costa worker I know it's not the staff flaut. It's all down to the times it takes to make a coffee and to make it Costa standard plus they can only work with the amount of people they are allowed per shift. The store is spotless you can clearly see all the staff make a effort especially that young girl as I have seen your clean the skirting boards before..

I visit Costas at Swansea Train Station twice a week. The staff member I have encountered on an early morning commute starts my day off with a warm, bright and friendly welcome, right from the get go. She makes an effort to stock my usual breakfast and nurture a personal touch with their manner. I sit and watch her interaction with morning commutors and acknowledge that each person is met with the same friendly consideration. She is a gem.

I have always had a pleasant experience here,I'm usually one of the last customers in between 7/7:30pm and the staff have always been friendly, but I just wanted to say thank you to the Supervisor (I think that's what the name badge said) that was working last night. I was outside the shop with my little dog and trying to figure out a way of going in to get a drink without leaving him. The gentleman came out and asked if he could help and I explained and asked if he could get me a hot chocolate and bring it outside for me - which he did :) thank you!
