Poor customer service, the lady handing my drinks to me in drive thru was completely rude. Spilled my drink on me didn’t even apologize and didn’t offer any napkins just walked away from the window. Not sure if she was mad that she had to remake my drink because they gave me the wrong one when it was repeated to me at the speaker of the correct one but it was very poor customer service. Will never go back to that location.

I love this Dunkin! Everyone there is so nice. But recently they seem to be running a lot slower. The drive thru line used to be the fastest I'd ever seen, but like I said recently it's slowed way down, so I have to leave the house earlier in the a.m. No matter how busy tho, the staff always have smiles on their faces!!

OG (Ocean Grove) Dunks is by far the best in Swansea. Special shout out to their morning crew!!! Always get a consistently good coffee from them.
