Jack In The Box

Literally wished that I could give -1... This is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had in any establishment!!!! Here's the story: October 31, 2021 went through the drive-thru for two breakfast burrito combos, I asked for creamer & salsa and was told she suddenly couldn't hear me. Preceded to the window, paid for out food, got change and requested creamer, sugar & salsa. I was told we're out of that....huh? Which one, I asked, she replied all of them! Wait what???? Who drinks black coffee??? Anyway, I no longer want my combo so I politely asked for a refund. The girl loudly yelps OH MY GOSSSSSH! You can't be serious, it's not that serious. Yes Ma'am it is, refund please! The manager was summoned and made the situation worse! He asked me what was the problem because he's not giving anymore refunds. I explained that I didn't want a coffee without creamer nor burrito without salsa so please return my cash. He angrily told the cashier I'm not giving any more damn refunds so don't sell anymore coffees or burritos. My hubby didn't cancel his order, so this is what we got....I called corporate but I've not heard back!!! I’m not surprised!!!

This was the first stop on our food circuit yesterday for dinner. My girlfriend was really looking forward to the loaded fries that we tried at another Jack in the Box last week. We showed up at a time that was definitely not shift change. The the service was horrible! We waited forever! I generally have patience at fast food places, because who knows what's going on in the back. The speaker operator was somewhat rude when telling us to wait after we waited and finally said something. After waiting quite a few more minutes they finally were ready to take our order. This was only to find out that the fries weren't prepared so they couldn't make them. It was a colossal waste of time, due to having to drive out of the way to get to the place. Will not return.

Wish I could give zero stars! I ordered off DoorDash from here. And I don’t know if that’s why my food was so horrible but this is by far THE WORST food I’ve ever gotten from a jack in the box! Over cooked chicken with a burnt oily taste. No sauce on anything. Lettuce in the tacos tasted like chemicals and was so wet and soggy and weird. Plus most of the inside of the taco was the nasty lettuce no sauce and very very little meat or cheese. And lastly I bit into the junior bacon cheeseburger and but into something so hard it hurt my tooth! I called and told them about the food being so bad and the girl that go answered didn’t care whatsoever! Terrible food and customer service! Not to mention unsafe what the hell was that inside my burger I bit into???!!!

A couple weeks ago I placed a mobile order, paid through the app, went to the store to pick up my food and pulled up to the drive thru. It was silent. There were employees in the store so I parked and tried to go inside. They all just stared and blatantly ignored me. I realized I wasn’t getting my food so I submitted this issue on their website requesting a call back to talk about what happened. I have yet to hear from anyone or get a refund for the food I never saw. Bad business all around.

The girl in the drive through was not very courteous. She kept telling us to hold on a second finally my husband just drive to the window to order. Then she tells us they no longer sell popcorn chicken even though it’s on the sign on a big poster. Just not I impressed with the service there. Not sure how the food is because we played it safe and didn’t order.
