Glad I chose this place to eat fir my birthday, the food was amazing, staff were really friendly and provided a great service. Really nice atmosphere and I would come back again.
The only thing we weren't keen on was the toffee waffle, it was a really small piece of waffle with 2 halves of caramelised banana. However, the dish looked fab and the waffle and ice cream tasted great. Just too much banana. Everything else was just perfect.
Thanks so much to Kennedy and the team for the excellent service today. I booked a table for my girlfriends birthday and our table was ready early with a specially made birthday sign! The only mistake was on my part and that was failing to tell Giraffe who’s birthday it actually was when booking!
Would definitely return! Food was great - can highly recommend the Duck Stir Fry.

I had a Latte with coconut milk and it was wonderful. I also had the Duck Stir fry which was amazing with the flavours and amount of kick when it came to being spicy , just right not over the top . You were able to enjoy the noodles and the duck was cooked to perfection. The right balance. I would recommend this dish every time . The service was fantastic too and also I would sign up for the Mcauthurglen club because you get 10% off your meal. There are other offers that are appealing.
Was seated very quickly. Given time to read the menu before being asked - hate places where they seat you and ask 30 secs later what you would you like! Food was delivered promptly, despite it being busy. The duck stir fry was fresh and tasty though quite messy to eat for those who are attuned to the art of using chopsticks. The pink Cesar salad was good but just slightly lacking in dressing - personal preference.
10% service charge automatically added to bill, which is fine as service was very good.
A place to eat quick bites possibly with a cocktail. A wheelchair can get in and technically there's a disabled loo. Access however was limited on the day I went as they had several things piled up in the passageway blocking both entrance and exit. A helpful waitress noticed and moved two objects blocking entry but upon exit I hit several stacked objects on reversing out, so it's obviously a habit for them to store things in the passageway, hence restricting access. If using a wheelchair I therefore suggest you visit when it's quiet.
The accessible loo is nice enough when you get in (please see my photos) even for a fairly large chair but the emergency cord is not touching the floor as per disabled regulations and recommendations.
Delicious meal at Giraffe today. Service was incredibly good: very caring and super quick (I have never got my food so fast)!
Really pleased with the sheets of activities provided for children: multiple sheets for different abilities!

Nice breakfast, good service and short wait for food. Had the Eggs Benedict and the Full English, both were tasty just a bit cold. But overall nice.

A big thank you to Ken for helping us through the menu and advising us on allergens, and to Lily for checking in on us and guiding us through what to get for dessert (the fudge cake is an absolute masterpiece). A shoutout to Jack and Joel for being so friendly and making this an absolutely fantastic evening. Everyone was so lovely, and the food was stunning. Thank you so much!
