Great service from the staff ! Very friendly and helpful. It get busy after 6 in the evenings even during the week day . The food quality is good. The menu have various choices including vegan options . They are pricey however they always have deals going on their website or sign up to their newsletter.
Ambience of the restaurant is pleasant and food service is pretty quick . Definitely recommend this place
We had a great meal and received excellent service. The table opposite us was cleaned twice and extensively before the next customers sat there. Taking covid hygiene seriously well done Prezzo.
Lovely food, friendly staff very prompt service. Unfortunately no draught beer available so had to buy bottles.

Yesterday evening we went for a meal for my birthday. They were under staffed but still managed to deal with everything and the food was good as always. I love that you always know what you're going to get with the food. And they have great gluten free options. Plus I had a free bottle of proceso for my birthday. The staff we still friendly and helpful even though they were rushed off their feet.
My little boy Charlie wanted to try Italian meatballs for the first time and he absolutely loved it. And despite being very busy the waitress was very helpful in getting my boy (who is autistic and needs food at specific times or he gets grumpy) served quickly.
I'm an ex restaurant manager myself, and can be quite critical so let me confirm :
1) excellent cleanliness
2)service fast and efficient (got order right first time and LISTENED to what was said)
3) couldn't fault the food. I had a light avocado chicken and bacon salad, hard to get wrong admittedly, but it was exactly as described and fresh
4) they even asked if the music was too loud (much appreciated by my son).

Nice food, decent prices, can get pretty busy. We were seated right in the middle of where staff needed to go to get to and from the kitchen, so we had people brushing past either side of our table every 20 seconds or so, but the food was good and we left happy.
Lovely food, friendly atmosphere and brilliant staff. Had a lovely meal with my mum, caught at the right time was nice and quiet when we arrived, ordered and ate. Started to get busy as we left.
Had a really nice meal here, we visited on a Sunday night and surprisingly they were not very busy which meant the staff were more attentive and service was first class. We visited here soon after they opened and weren't that impressed but thought we would try them out again and glad we did as we really enjoyed the meal. To kick start this I love Prezzo every time we go out this is my first idea. whenever we do go to eat at Prezzo i cant ever make mind mind up what i want i could stick to what i know is amazing or i could try something ive never hade before but i know whatever i chose it will taste good. When it comes to good food in Swindon Prezzo is at the top.
