The place was packed at lunch time so did a bit of shopping and returned after 2. Read the menu while waiting. Shown to my table and from then on the service was exceptionally good. The Ceasar salad starter was tasty and fresh, well presented. The Chardonnay was good, the Marguitia pizza had a thin crust, which I prefer, and enough topping. Asked if I needed anything else then left in peace to enjoy my meal but as soon as I was done the young man was back and I was able to ask for the bill and get back to shopping. Good value for money, good food and superb service. Recommended. Not the first time I've been there and I'll be back.
Always love going to this pizza express. The staff are very friendly and great with my two little boys. Food is always served promptly and the service is always good too!
After a successful shopping trip to the Swindon Outlet, myself and partner called into our favourite restaurant to see if they had a table for 2. Immediately seen to a table, the restaurant felt clean and tidy and had a lovely atmosphere. We ordered our favourites Hot Honey doughballs, garlic bread, calzone and fudge cake for pudding. Each was absolutely delicious and tasted fresh - Pizza Express never disappoints. The staff were friendly and really helpful, with comfortable and short wait times.

As usual, really good Pizza Express with really helpful staff that could seat us straight away. We tried to book online via the app, but it said it wasn't available so assume you can't book.
They can cater for gluten free easily so highly recommend.

Went here for an early dinner. Jalapeño doughballs lovely as always. I had the calazone for main and that was also lovely. Could not fault the food here. Used tesco vouchers so we only paid about £10 in total which was a bonus.
Pooped in for a lunch time break and something to eat. We were seated immediately and the staff were attentive and very pleasant. Ordered a pizza and the food was delivered swiftly. The pizza was delicious and more than sufficient for a 'pit stop'. The service as said was very good and the staff were friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable lunch.
Great service, incredibly fast serving times, which was great with having two young children with us. Would definitely go again if I'm in the area.
Always incredible food and service, I have been to the two in Bath and the other one in Swindon, as well as other ones whilst traveling. Pizza Express Designer Outlet has the best quality of food and service by a mile. Food is always hot and extreamly tasty, service is very fast, friendly staff, amazing value for money as a gold member. Can't wait until it opens again after its re-fit to see what it's like! Massive thank you to the chefs, waiting staff and managers for providing the best run pizza express I have ever seen!
