They had a problem with the service m, orders not going through. But, the staff looked afterwards our drinks and water.
For feedback, I would say more checking in on tables would be an excellent thing to consider in terms of “waiting”.

Good pub in old town. Can take a while to get served alot of the time when its busy especially if the bar staff are all busy making cocktails. Has been this way for years. Gets busy so atmosphere is good but it can feel abit overcrowded at times.
