Cafe At John Lewis At Home

Absolutely amazing!! I love John Lewis, their products are of extremely high quality & the customer service is outstanding. John Lewis have so many beautiful things, I feel like I'm watching tennis when I shop there because every step I take I see something else that's stunning & catches my eye. I ALWAYS buy my electrical goods at John Lewis, there's always at least a 2 year guarantee, you won't find the same product cheaper anywhere else & the customer service is always so good. I've purchased some beautiful things for my home, the Egyptian Cotton bedding & the Keira Orly Duvet covers & pillow cases are to die for. It's all off such good quality that it's worth every penny. Thank you John Lewis!!

Staff are always friendly and helpful, the products are normally of high quality and you get what you pay for. When my elderly father had a bad accident in the store they did everything from bandaging him up, staying with him to keep him comfortable, calling an ambulance and contacting myself. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and thoughtfulness, they even called days later to see how he was. Those are the kind of staff you want to interact with.

The quality of the home furnishings is great and there is always a friendly face who will give their undivided attention to help you select the best choice for you. Their electrical items are covered by a 2 year guarantee which I find very reassuring. Parking is very easy and free. There is a café upstairs so you can meet friends for lunch or tea and cakes. I'm impressed with the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.

John Lewis staff are always very helpful and friendly. The selection of goods available in this store is excellent and it is always kept tidy and fresh. Parking can be a bit of a pain at busy times however, there is family and disabled parking directly out the front. Customer toilets are on the upper level and are kept clean at all times. There's a lift for access to upstairs where there is also a cafe. The cafe serves drinks and food (hot & cold) but can be a bit pricey.

Love this shop BUT I get really frustrated with John Lewis stores for their lax attitude towards putting price labels on products - especially when this is combined with poor labelling on the shelves. More than once have I walked out of a John Lewis At Home because of the effort involved on my part to find out prices. This store, unfortunately, is as bad as the others.

Usually service is excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. A star dropped, because I've found that you'll just occasionally get days where groups of staff cluster chatting and it's hard to get their attention. On this occasion I was there for a replacement of a failed computer. Handled quickly, efficiently, with no fuss and with a smile.
