Big thank you to the staff here. Stopped for a quick burger and father-in-law dropped £40 when he got his phone out of his pocket. We left and came back 15 mins later and the staff had picked it up and kept it behind the counter and returned it to him. Great honesty from the team. Well done and thank you.

I would say 50% of the time, their milkshakes are not available - it's really annoying! And it can get very busy at times with long waits. Also remember to take note of your order number at the end of your transaction when using the in-store machines as they often don't top up the receipt paper and it doesn't print out!

Regarding a staff member! I came into McDonald’s this morning for some breakfast to discover I had food lodged in my throat resulting in me struggling to breathe and process what was happening around me! I asked multiple people to help (customers) and they didn’t even give me an answer then I came forward to an employee at the Brunel McDonald’s in Swindon for help his name is enoch I didn’t catch his last name but this lad helped my massively and possibly saved my life this morning! I wish to thank you ever so much for being there for me and making sure got all the lodged food out of my throat! Enoch if you see this mate , the world needs more people like you brother! You’re a top guy! And I wish the best success for you in life! You deserve a massive praise for helping me and I hope all your colleagues see this so they know how genuine and down to earth you are. Popped in for a coffee and a couple of bottles of water to take away and obviously had to wait our turn as normal. Been here many times. While waiting, I watched a lovely member of staff pro-actively approaching customers and assisting them with the self service machines, reasurring them in the queue that their food was on the way and just generally being an all-round nice person. Really annoyed to have not got their name but I want to say Silvia? Apologies if that is incorrect. Well done to them anyway.
