Starbucks

Located centrally in town centre, just on the high street. If you've parked in either of the main mutli-stories, you'll likely come across this as you begin your way into town. Doesn't have their own toilets, you'd have to use the Brunel Centres toilets on the 1st floor or McDonalds whose are also on the first floor of their location in town. I'm always going to be a little one sided when it comes to Starbucks because for some reason I'm a bit of a fan #Buckies Mainly just enjoy their their drinks over most the other coffee houses I've been too, apart from a select few that'd I'd class more as specialists/boutique coffee spots. Also Starbucks interior design generally feels way more cozy than the likes of Costa and have always found them a great spot to get a bit or work on the laptop done.

Today I had an outstanding experience, the two gentlemen behind the counter had fantastic customer service. I ordered my drink but unfortunately the store did not have the ingredients to make my friends drink. She was rather dissapointed due to the lack of stock but the two gentlemen were very sympathetic. My friend wanted to leave and go to other coffee shop but the wonderful gentlemen spoke to her and spent time with her to help he decide on an ulternative beverage. My friend can be very difficult but they kept their patience and still served us with a smile. Once they helped her decide on an ulternative drink she absolutely loved it! And went back for another. These two gentlemen were fantastic and make our experience an outstanding one instead of a dissapointing one. Thankyou so much Chris Brooks and Ethan Duller for all your help and warm and welcoming service. Definitely will be back, especially my friend for her new favourite drink! 😊
