You cannot go wrong with this place, its on the small side but ten pound for two courses, food is hot and it's just how your nan used to make it!

Popped in for a coffee and light lunch, had our two dogs with us and we were made to feel very welcome, good facilities carpark was spacious everything was clean and well looked after, very good traditional pub

Me and tipton wench went for sunday dina proper old time cooking loved it when asked if i wanted a dollop of jam in my rice pudding had ta smile it was great staff more than nice staff gud beer as well xxx been back loads of times food n staff great cobs bigger n better than anchor always take a couple home keep it up greenman went again nice mates all loved it

Superb lunchtime meal, home made cheese and potato pie with homemade chips and beans, followed by homemade lemon drizzle cake and custard. See you again next week. Highly recommend 👌

Great friendly place. Popped in for coffee after walking my dog with a friend. Eaten there before, food was lovely. Staff are really nice. Dogs are welcome which I love.
