I was very disappointed with this visit
Staff were extremely slow
Hot food arrived, and I had to wait a further 10 minutes for my iced drink

It's similar to most Starbucks, staff are polite. Be careful of parking, you get 2 hours, this isn't obvious, and the fine is £120 (this isn't Starbucks' fault). My only comment is that you tend to get ignored for the drive-through customers.

Really happy with my recent visit to the Barnsfield branch of Starbucks. Staff were super friendly and the drinks were lovely. Big shout out to the supervisor Bellovi, for top customer service. Will definitely visit again!

YOU PEOPLE ARE LOVELY! We are a volunteer ambulance crew who got a 999 call whilst waiting for our coffee, got stood down and came back 20 mins later and you had our coffees waiting. Thank you so much! J & J (your “Ambulance Men”)

That day for staying over the allotted 2hrs which we didn’t feel was fair when we were a customer there. Spoke to the manager and they very kindly contacted the private parking company and explained. Really pleased by the helpful and respectful supervisor Allison at this branch. He arranged to waive a ticket I got from overstaying the time limit due to personal circumstances, after euro car parks rejected my appeal. Lovely coffee too (as expected!)

This rating is for the drive-through only. The staff is always courteous and efficient. We've never had a problem with our orders and the drinks have been as expected in terms of quality. If you fancy a coffee, this location is easy to get to.
