It's similar to most Starbucks, staff are polite. Be careful of parking, you get 2 hours, this isn't obvious, and the fine is £120 (this isn't Starbucks' fault). My only comment is that you tend to get ignored for the drive-through customers.

YOU PEOPLE ARE LOVELY! We are a volunteer ambulance crew who got a 999 call whilst waiting for our coffee, got stood down and came back 20 mins later and you had our coffees waiting. Thank you so much! J & J (your “Ambulance Men”)

I was very disappointed with this visit Staff were extremely slow Hot food arrived, and I had to wait a further 10 minutes for my iced drink

This rating is for the drive-through only. The staff is always courteous and efficient. We've never had a problem with our orders and the drinks have been as expected in terms of quality. If you fancy a coffee, this location is easy to get to.

No issues here - great experiences and friendly team - quiet and clean each time I go in there. Nice management attitude.

Really pleased by the helpful and respectful supervisor Allison at this branch. He arranged to waive a ticket I got from overstaying the time limit due to personal circumstances, after euro car parks rejected my appeal. Lovely coffee too (as expected!)

Convenient location for a coffee with plenty of parking available. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a large amount of seating options which is great for working or catch ups with friends. Friendly & welcoming staff. Received exceptional service from the Store Manager.
