We didn't eat in but the staff were lovely,.so helpful especially about vegan food. Very friendly and as always, my sandwich was lovely

Female staff were wearing bandanas. However, one staff member today had a long pony tail hanging over her shoulder whilst making up the subs. It's not ideal.
Staff seemed competent but not particularly happy.

The young guy that works in the drive thru at barnfield Swindon is just the BEST! An absolute credit to the team, so friendly, funny and just brightens up the whole experience 5*’s for him alone!

Was really impressed by the service here 08/08/22, particularly as staff were managing an impatient customer who was really quite unpleasant. They remained calm and professional, despite one team member being visibly upset. Mistakes happen and it can be an inconvenience, but let’s communicate with respect - on the scale of things, it’s just a tasty sarnie! 🙌🏻

OMG! Spontaneous Drive through for some food when having a nightmare day. Never done this before
I did not know we were in for such a treat. Seriously Tom needs to be on the stage. His hilarious cheeky banter from the minute we spoke into the speaker. By the time we got to the window we were desperate to meet him. He did not disappoint! He is absolutely hilarious and just has this gift of pitching his banter just right.
We drove into Subway hot, sticky Stressed and feeling sorry for ourselves. We left the window feeling upbeat, full of life and happy laughing our heads off.
That’s before we even ate our food. The food was nearly as delicious as Tom

Absolutely amazing customer service! We came on Monday 13th June and was served by Tom who literally had us crying with laughter he was brilliant! Would come again just for the banter! All our food was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you for a brilliant first drive thru experience!

Always received the freshest sandwiches! Very clean and sanitized area for sit ins. Staff too are very organised and always change their gloves for the veg options.
Definitely Barnfield team..100 stars!
