Nice restaurant, clean with a good service. The £100 fine for staying too long is a bit steep, but understandable to keep people from loitering.
During my visit I witnessed a staff member that was on a break answer a customer query and resolve their issue as well as assisting delivery drivers collecting their order, this is a great attitude to customer service and going above and beyond to provide service. The customer didn't know they were on a break and this staff member just handled the situation quickly and without fuss.. great service from Mary...
Jakub specifically was friendly and welcoming, offered to help in any way - one star deducted because my receipt didn't print for my transaction and so I couldn't do the actual customer survey
