Scrumptious food, hot chocolate was one of the best one ever had, and lovely staff. Great prices. Loved owl shaped teapot. A gem of a café. Well worth the quick detour to Tain.

Was a very pleasant experience! Had a ham and mushroom omelette with a side salad and shared a pot of tea with oat milk. My mum had cheese and mushrooms omelette with coleslaw, very filling. The service was great, didn't have to wait long for the order. There was a very relaxed and friendly vibe. And the decor was very tastefully done.

Really nice cafe with consistently fabulous food, at v reasonable prices. Paninis all round today with various fillings ... brie, bacon, cranberry - cheese & bacon - cheese & haggis ... all equally delicious. Cosy chairs and teapots ticked my boxes. The hot choc ticked my son's box, but given the size if it with a mountain of whipped cream, marshmallows, and chocolate spoon, my first thought was good lord that should have been ordered as pudding!! 🤩 It is a cash only cafe, so make sure you've got plenty before going in.

Welcomed in and served by a friendly woman, very bright and cheery, ordered 4 paninis, would recommend, they were filled full with good quality fillings, they come served with tortilla crisps, coleslaw and chips is extra. Cash only. Would recommend.

Been to the Sunflowers on numerous occasions and it has always been a pleasant experience. Everyone I bring along with me enjoys it also. The breakfasts are particularly good. The staff are very helpful and accommodating when you want to make a change to your order.

Best scones of the holiday. Lovely staff with an Alice in Wonderland vibe. Just wish it was bigger as it was full on our last day. P.S. the panini was outstanding!
