If I could rate at 10 stars I would. Special mention to the girls working, I'm sorry I didn't get names, wonderful to have not just service but impeccable customer service. These girls were so down to earth and chatty it was lovely to see them interacting so much with every guest there. Service with a smile goes a long way. Outstanding food quality and wonderful presentation. Well done everyone, made my day. Thank you

Went for breakfast this morning, slightly Hung over and in need of great food and TLC. when we arrived we were greeted by a lady called Clair, who instantly offered us coffee (love her for that!) And the service was as exceptional throughout. The food was really good, hot, and plenty of it. My only hope is that next time I go, Clair is there to look after us! 🥰

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated immediately and greeted by a lovely waitress called Claire. She had been exceptional throughout our whole visit to the restaurant, can’t fault her one bit. All staff were amazing, and the food was delicious. Very lovely, and great customer experience! Very pleased.

Fantastic place to come for a birthday, which is what we did this afternoon. Took my daughter for a birthday meal, the staff made such a fuss over her it was lovely to see her face light up when they brought out a cupcake for her without us asking with a candle in it. Such a shame they always seem to be understaffed. Laura serves us regularly and she is always like a blur running here there and everywhere. Rhydian, who brought the cupcake, was lovely and polite just like the rest of the staff. Love it here

Why is this frankie and Benny's so much better and friendlier than other around here? Staff are always so happy and chatty and the food never fails to impress myself and husband. They always suggest if we want our children's meals the same time as the starters so that they aren't waiting for long, always give them colouring packs and talk to them to take their orders instead of ignoring them. Much prefer it here than the other restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!!

Went here on the weekend. Unfortunately, we did not eat as the whole complex was experiencing power outages. The staff were friendly and kept us up to date. They were honest from the outset and said due to safety they weren’t sure what would be happening with the kitchen and could not guarantee what food would come out and when. The waitress (Sam, I think) and manager, Charlotte were both lovely and got us a round of drinks and apologised. Great service despite not even having to bring food to us. Thank you to the ladies working that day and we will to go back in future because of the people working there.
