Well visited this Costa inside Next for the first time with my parents and 2 young teenagers just for drinks. We queued up for about 15-20 minutes. The staff looked like they weren't very happy with no smiles whatsoever. They all looked very flustered and fed up. When I was served, the young lady was very polite when taking the order. My latte wasn't very hot it was just ok to drink straight away, I also paid extra for cream and marshmallows but my son said they wasn't any marshmallows in his drink and I wasn't queuing back up to take it back. I think they needed more staff so that we wouldn't have to queue for so long, so like someone to just do the food orders for each till, 2 people on the tills and then 2 people doing the drinks for each till.

Reasonable Costa but the car parking is dreadful, due to Aldi and Home Bargains now open, 15 minutes just to park and it looks like another 20+ minutes to exit!

Was really busy yesterday, could have done with extra staff, but I'll let them off as Home Bargains was having a grand opening. Car park is a bit of a mare to get off, but otherwise staff are great, no problem with food and drinks

This is one of the very best, great patient helpful & knowledgeable staff, clean & tidy, good covid practice's, drink's made with care & nice & hot, plenty of great food. Wheelchair access with close disabled parking. A very enjoyable experience.
