Came in late at night (Christmas Eve). Served by Valvint. Nice to see someone with a sense of humour . Couldn't do enough for you. Great customer service. Thank you

Sunday 2nd Nov. Coffee - the milk was off therefore undrinkable (previously vg). Croissants dry - like sawdust (again, previously good).
