What to say other than ‘wow!’ and “thank you”… when you learned it was our anniversary all of the staff were kind enough to write and present us with a beautiful card with such kind words… this topped off what was a really lovely
Food was delicious. The staff were attentive and really helpful, even the guy who was clearly off duty but happily took us to the restaurant we were looking for. They made my birthday extra special, see photo. And now the waiter knows that treacle tart is "the Harry Potter special" 😉

This is lovely if a trifle on the pricey side. Also, the bench seats can be a bit tricky to slide onto, along and off.
The horses that used to live here when the Grill was the stables must have been very spoiled.
Generous rating because the food was good. Friendly service but patchy with long waits. Some elements a little basic and the overall quite expensive. Nonetheless, if you have plenty of time a decent place to relax, enjoy gentle music and fabulous walks around it’s recommended.
What an lovely enjoyable day out for lunch . Staff were 5 star , really nice polite friendly and helpful and still smiled even though it was 31 degrees. Izzy was so nice and gave us great service , thank you. Your tacos shouldn't be on your main menu though , very tasty but small with nothing else.

We had Xmas lunch here and everything was fabulous. The staff could not of been more pleasant and helpful. Really wonderful. The food was really delicious, except the sprouts were quite underdone, but that was the only criticism. Everything was 5 star and will definately enjoy another xmas lunch h
