I am buying an appartment in Gifford Lea. Tattenhall . I feel fortunate in finding my future home there. Excellent location and facilities. Appartments are excellent with economical underfloor heating, excellently equipment in kitchen, ensuite shower room with storage. Friendly nearby villiage with butchers, pubs, post office, cafe, chemist and lovely sports area. Irene and Claire, who deal with sales, are so supportive, informed and helpful in supporting me in making sure I will be happy with my new home. Certainly no 'hard' sell. Really interested in my needs. Futue move made easy with excellent support.
