Helen and her staff made myself and partner David so very welcome. Indeed, Helen came and showed me where the pennies were placed in the beams by Dambuster and other Squadron members that prized the Blue Bell as their own watering hole! Dave enjoyed the Lamb's Liver on the Specials board, he said it was delicious and can heartily recommend it! I had the BBQ Chicken and it was delicious. Thank you Chef. The Blue Bell is your typical and very, very special quintessential English pub from the outside...but the inside has a lovely atmosphere of Olde Worlde charm combined with poignant photograph's of Squadrons and Simon Atack's fabulous artwork...the place is a joy and we loved it...we will certainly return in the future. Thank you Helen and your staff for making our visit to your lovely pub a very special one with your patience and kindness. God Bless you All. xxx

Great little pub, with quality food at really good prices. Went out of their way to do plain pasta for one of our Grandsons. Friendly staff, going back before the end of our stay!

Lovely little pub staff very friendly and the food was excellent. Best cheese and onion cob I've ever had. Finished off my day visiting Lancaster Bomber places East Kirkby, Woodhall Spa and then the Blue Bell it's well worth a visit
