Amazing food and really good sized portions, staff always friendly and there is always a really nice atmosphere in the pub. Becoming one of our favourite places to eat!

Just had a great lunch. The food menu was very extensive and the pub is open every day all day. The indoors areas are very varies with lots of private areas to have a quiet meal and drink. The outside area has plenty of seats and sunny. The staff were very helpful and informative. Will be back soon.

Wonderful roast. Very rarely do I enjoy a good roast at a pub as I get spoilt at home. This Inn however has great service, and could not fault this lunch. Big portions, crisp roasties, tender beef, vegetables cooked. Normally hate cabbage at pubs as is it's normally boiled to death. But even this was tasty.
Only one problem is you'll be lucky to get a walk-in table for Sunday lunch as it's so popular and I can understand why

A lovely place to unwind, out in the country with no hustle and bustle of our usual life style . Internet connection not brilliant which suited us . a great escape place ! staff were all lovely as were the rooms .highly recommended

After driving past and admiring so many times i finaly decided to book a table.... WOW, what a wonderful pub..... Great atmosphere, food was amazing (generous portions), staff polite and helpful... Will definitely return. 👌😊

Really enjoyed our meal, simple great tasting food and really good value. Service great, staff really friendly and lovely setting. Totally recommend it.

We only had drinks (a good selection served by friendly staff). Plenty of parking and a lot of outside seating. Dog friendly. Toilets were very clean and modern. Food looked good so we may return to try it.

Found this lovely pub a couple of years ago during a stay in Taunton so when we returned last week we made a point of going back....and it's so lovely we went the next evening too! Place is spotless, lovely selection of drinks, food terrific, lovely inside but also a very pleasant outside area and staff really friendly. If you're in the area make a point of visiting!
