Went here after hospital appointment and met up with old school friend ,the staff were lovely, didn't mind us just having drinks and sitting there for ages ,also good choice of vegan sandwiches, be good if you could do gluten free as well ,great choice of non dairy milk options, the man working there today was great ,he even took a photo of me and my friend on my phone when we asked him ,which he was happy to do

Was a busy day and it was really humid in there the poor staff were ran off their feet and horrible customers not admitting when they're wrong and then walking away angrily making the Batista's feel incapable when they offered them so etching different. Air con would be nice for them or even some fans. Although we had to wait awhile because the young lad accidently knocked my drink off the side (accidents happen) and then they forgot about my mum's drink, I just asked we were waiting for something else and they made it straight away. No need for rude customers, they're working as fast as they can. Be kind. Also, complaints about reusable cups. They have recycling bins for lids and cups to be recycled. This is a hospital where people have appointments so it's easier for them to have a take away cup when they need to shoot to their appointment.
