I had to chill for a few hours in Taunton (as I could not reserve a cycle space on GWR). There is no better place in Taunton to park your bike, take shelter from the summer rain, have a coffee and a great breakfast or lunch bite to eat….. …
A great little spot. Take a walk round long run meadow then enjoy a cuppa or hot chocolate at this great little place. The home made Anzac biscuits were awesome. A bit pricey but very nice.

I have coffee and food every Saturday after the 5k run. Organic natural coffee... atmosphere is amazing, people behave like all know each other. Thank you for existing in French Weir park. ❤️ they have 2 toilets as well.
The historical “Weir” is a fantastic example of Victorian style, you can walk your dog, use the public toilets or go for a coffee, also-go for a run in the meadow
