I visited here today for lunch with my partner to celebrate our engagement. A lovely clean , fairly small restaurant, simple but crisp decor, the waiter was friendly and professional and the food was absolutely delicious, the best Indian meal I have had in years! There is a full vegan and vegetarian menu which I chose from. I would definitely recommend a visit . Fantastic !!

I had the pleasure of visiting Turmeric House for the first time, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The food was truly fantastic, boasting authentic flavours and top-notch quality. Each dish arrived fresh and piping hot, showcasing the kitchen's dedication to excellence. Upon arrival, I received a warm and welcoming reception, setting the tone for the delightful evening ahead. The staff's cheerful demeanor and the inviting decor added to the ambiance. The cuisine was exceptional, a testament to the skilled chefs who masterfully covered various Indian dining traditions, from Kerala to Goan. Service at Turmeric House is exceptional. The staff's kindness is palpable, and their attention to detail is commendable. The food's authenticity shines through, with a noticeable freshness in every dish. While the poppadom dips were delicious, a tad more would have been perfect. Nonetheless, this minor detail did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience. Turmeric House has won me over, and I highly recommend it. The exceptional service, authentic cuisine, and inviting atmosphere make it a true gem. This won't be my last visit; I'm already looking forward to returning for more delightful culinary journeys.

Really brilliant food and very nice and friendly service. This is a hidden gem in this area. Tried the tasting menu and it was well worth it. Really nice to get an overview of a different selection of dishes and all of them were really enjoyable. The food is far more than the usual Saturday night microwaved Indian. It really was well crafted authentic restaurant level food. Really recommended.

Best restaurant in Taunton! The service is absolutely impeccable, very polite, friendly and helpful. There are great options of authentic/traditional and English dishes. Lots of veggie and vegan options as well. Everything is fresh and very flavorful as well as presented beautifully. Nice ambient music and a great place to visit. Can't think of any faults, this place is great, definitely try it!
