The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best Indian Food I have ever had.heir entire staff was so friendly and kind. The chef himself even came out and spoke with us - so kind and so talented. I highly recommend stopping here!

I just finished eating my order from Red Koyla and I have to say it’s the best Indian takeaway I’ve had that delivers to Surbiton. The food was excellent quality, with depth of flavour and distinct textures and ingredients (as opposed to generic ‘meat and sauce’ curries you get elsewhere) I had the Bhajia and Murgh Jalali with pilau rice, naan and cucumber pomegranate raita. All of them were excellent. Delivery time was reasonable for the day of week and distance, and ordering from the website was pretty straightforward. Prices were comparable to others in the area and so fine from my point of view. I also appreciated that the delivery person read my note on the order - often these notes with other places get ignored.

Super food with an imaginative menu. You could tell the ingredients were top quality. Service was friendly and the owner was a nice chap. Will definitely return. One the best in the area, no doubt.

Probably best Indian restaurant in Teddington and twickenham area - taste is authentic with incredible really freshly prepared starters - compared to most restaurants where they are frozen. Curries are super delicious and the spice is perfect. They serve old monk rum which is the definition of authentic Indian . It’s easy to drive past this place but it’s worth entering for the amazing taste.

Takeaway. Fantastic food, very tasty. Great choice for vegetarians. Loved the mushroom stuffed artichokes. Very sensitive service, phoned back to check re an allergy.

Had a take away from here last night. Everything was fantastic. Each dish was a bit different from the normal round of currys that you often see, but each had such an amazing flavour. Would highly recommend!

I was passing on my way back from the river Thursday night and popped in with some friends. The food was excellent, quite different from the normal curry house fare. The spices were subtle and the flavours & texture outstanding.

Everything on the plate has a distinct, complex flavour, yet when eaten together the ingredients balance beautifully. I found myself sitting after each course and thinking about what I’ve just eaten, trying to figure out how they made the flavours. It was, above all, just absolutely delicious to eat. The best Indian food I’ve ever had in the UK. It may be one of the best meals I’ve had in the UK for that matter. Finally, you cannot leave a review without praising the staff here. It’s like fine dining service done with the love and care of a family restaurant. The chef came out to say hello and chatted with each table, but he was just happy that we loved his food. I cannot imagine the prices will stay so low. I would have paid triple. A very special place which has only just opened. At some point down the line people from across all of London will travel for the food. So I think my best advice for you is to come and enjoy it whilst it lasts. It’s a special restaurant and a special time of existence!

Came here when my sister was visiting looking for a nice Indian restaurant on a Saturday night. Service was fantastic, very attentive, genuine and personal and even the chef came out to ask about our meal. We took recommendations on our mains and starters that turned out great. Not your typical dishes that you get at every Indian restaurant and everything had fantastic flavours (be careful, very spicy means very spicy! :)) For us the overall experience couldn't have been better and we'll definitely come back!
