Food was amazing, and the service was great
Tiny restaurant, very intimate but didn't feel intrusive.
We had the lamb tikka pasanda, the chicken jalfrezi, tarka dal and pilau rice, all freshly cooked and delicious.
Would happily go again!

Best curry you'll ever eat! We have been coming here every year while on holiday for many years and it is always beautifully cooked, wonderful tasting, good quality cuisine, every single time! It's still the best curry we've ever had anywhere in the uk. It's worth mentioning that you need to book ahead as it's very popular and only seats around 12, which is part of the beauty of this place. Its intimate dining, with a lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Highly recommended!

It feels like you are dining in someone's living room, and it's fantastic!
The food is incredible and that's what you are there for, everything else is secondary.
This is one of those "hole in the wall" places that you hear people rave about, do not pass it by.

Only a tiny little restaurant . Only probably fit 12 /16 people at a push. Only one gentleman at the front taking orders and drinks. Two chefs at the back. The food I have to say was very tasty and excellent but can be pricey. Be aware you can only pay cash..

Wow what amazing birthday meal we had with our friends, its a very small restaurant with 16 covers.
The owner is extremely attentive , the wine choices are brilliant.
The food was so tasty , the meat moist and non fatty ( I had a lamb dish ).
We will return , thankyou 😉

Quite positively the smallest restaurant I've been in but one of the best curry's I've had.

My wife and I booked a table here on Saturday night just to try somewhere new. We were not disappointed - the food was outstanding, easily one of the best Indian meals I've had. The restaurant is tiny, so book a table, but it's a great place. The service was absolutely perfect.
We will definitely be back soon, and we will bring friends.

I have been to this Indian restaurant 3 times now, once with my husband & two more times with two different friends. Each time i ordered different dishes & they were all fantastic. So much flavour & excellent quality produce. Because it's rustic & authentic Indian it's a cut above most other Indian restaurants
Definitely the best Indian in Teignmouth
Please note they don't take cards only cash and you need need to book ahead as it's a very lovely, small & quant restaurant with great ambience
