This is the only fish and chip shop in town now that basically is all cooked fresh clearly noticeable with the delicious tasting chips best by far in town.

Went here on holiday. It was the BEST fish I've ever had. The batter was amazing. So flavored and didn't taste pastie like most do. My parents said it tasted just like it did in the old days. Fabulous! Def recommend.

Ate here at lunchtime today, 24.5.19. Excellent friendly service; the fish and chips was cooked to order and was delicious. Batter on the cod was lightly golden and very tasty, as were the chips, which at a “regular” portion, were very generous. We also bought a small sausage for our dogs, which was put in a separate tray and the dogs too, enjoyed their meal! Will definitely be returning. The menu is very varied, from kebabs, to burgers and fish and chips. Good prices too. Our fish and chips, for a regular portion, was £6 each and £1 for the small unbattered sausage, so £13 in all. There are seats inside, but as it was a nice day and we have two dogs, we ate outside.

Brilliant prices. I asked for a small child size piece of cod which was cooked to order and so fresh and delicious, their curry sauce is a must try too, my new fav chippy, where else can you get a cone of chips for £1!
