Euston Way Beefeater

Spur of the moment visit during half term, took a while to be greeted but once we were the service was brilliant. We were informed of the 2 children eat breakfast for free with an adult offer and taken to our seats. Everything was explained to us and service was extremely friendly. Will definitely be returning!

Well firstly I need to mention it had taken literally an hour before food arrived and getting service after sitting down had taken about 10 minutes so not great to start with. When we ordered drinks it had taken I'd say 20 minutes before arriving, for the life of me why I do not know why. Mentioning the drinks menu, there's a good selection, With the food, well it was great especially the steaks. Would I come back here, yes but they need to improve the service. To add, the staff we're friendly and did apologise with the waiting but drinks should not take as long as they did to arrive. Parking was ok but not lit up to well. Second visit and was much better experience. Cocktails were server less than 5 minutes after ordered just in time before prices go up after 7pm. Food also came less than 30 minutes from ordering. I must say we ordered steaks again and are superb. Best we've had comparing to other places we've had steak. They do membership now, or let's say was offered, and you build points which eventually earns discounts on the food. More information when you sign up which if you plan to often is worthwhile.

Stayed at the Premier Inn next door for 3 nights and had the meal deal at the Beefeater, which included breakfasts and evening meals. We couldn't fault the excellent service and great food at this Beefeater. The staff over the 3 days we attended were the same people each time, and they really made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. I would like to praise 3 members of staff in particular, Izzy, Ella & Louie. They were friendly, welcoming, funny, and engaging. They really did make our dining experience a pleasure. Will definitely return to this Beefeater in Telford sometime soon. Diolch/Thank you for adding the 'cherry on top' to an enjoyable, relaxing weekend with my best friend.

Dinner, I'm not sure if it was bad timing, but there were so many people at the bar, and it was so loud. Had ribs and chicken, the ribs had way too much seasoning that it took away the meat flavours. However, I loved the sticky toffee pudding. The waitress I had was amazing, the speed and service I couldn't fault.

It's a beefeater. Food is never going to be fine dining but reasonable quality at a reasonable price. Staff friendly and helpful, service was top notch. I had a steak sampler, and to be honest difficult to tell the different cuts apart, all were flavoursome but a just bit too much of a jaw workout. Tip: use smaller plates.....the portions are adequate but the large plates they use are not filled and make the meals look smaller than they are. Overall would recommend if want a tried and trusted pub grill Update: breakfast is a great deal, highly recommended

Great waiting staff and allergy information was available. We did a 6 o'clock sitting so it was busy but not overly slow. Only problem was ladies toilet was out of order and so the disabled toilet was being used,so it was quite a wait for me to be able to use the disabled facilities. Even though I am disabled myself ,I could see that was the only option for the ladies.

Went for a birthday meal. Have to say I was really impressed. The 74, which is a hotdog but amazing flavour and cooked to perfection. They really went to town on the gluten-free, and I was really impressed. Gammon was excellent, and the service was good. The waitress was friendly and helpful as well as patient. Would recommend this place for great food
