Fantastic place to visit! The paddle and basket workshops that were going on looked brilliant. The woodland area it was situated in was beautiful and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Green wood centre is a very nice place to work and a very nice place to go and Volenerteer your services like I have been doing since September 18th 2018.
I started off on a 3 month trail and Stuart was so pleased with my work that he kept me on.And here I am still there six months later. The staff at the Green Wood are more different to the staff at crowsmill.
At least when you make a mistake you don't get your head bitten off.
You are always working out side in the fresh air which helps you sleep at night.
At least you are always on the go and very active. you do woodwork in side and out side.

I like the area from the woodland walk to seeing wood crafts and spend a time at the this cafe having a cake and coffee, its good value in pleasant surrounding, having visited many times I have only one negative comment, the staff are just not very friendly, there not rude or anything, there just so business like, maybe its a impression they want to give however that aside, well worth a visit.

A great place to learn skills that would otherwise die out. Great scenery to absorb and if you need a little peace and relaxation, try a walk in Captain's Coppice.

I have been there 2 days running, excellent coffee, sandwiches and cakes. Really friendly staff. There are some nice walks from here and it is in a nice peaceful area of Ironbridge
