Sometime you find out how good a place is when something goes wrong. I've been to this branch many times and, being a fast food place, I didn't pay a lot of attention to the service. However, for the first time ever I had to return some food. The new rotisserie chicken tasted awful. The staff made no fuss and offered me replacement. They even joked about it the next day.

I regularly visit this Subway in Wellington and have never had a bad experience.
The staff are friendly and there is an upstairs seating area too which is a nice addition.

Now I've got the Subway loyalty card, I'm hooked! I work in Wellington and it's a nice place to go for lunch. Seating upstairs for a nice view over the Market Square.
