Been using click & collect for a while now for weekly shopping, normally go on a weekend. There's a young chap called Ben with dark hair who is really polite, helpful and friendly. I see him most of the time and even when it gets super busy keeps his calm and good customer service for everyone.
The app and online shopping page are fairly easy to use and substitutions for out of stock items are not too bad either.

absolutely love this store i eat at the cafe twice a week the girls are fantastic lovely bubbly and can't do enough for you i also shop in the store every week and i find the girls on the self checkout equally as lovely and very helpful

Largest Asda in Telford. Make sure you have scanned barcode for free parking given at the till. Take the trolley from ground floor. Store is located in First floor.

Good clean store nice cafe except the prices in the cafe are more expensive than in other asda stores but overall a nice place for your weekly shop and it's open 24 hours
