Excellent prices, up to 80% off some items. We saved over £150 on clothes we wanted. Going again next week, but they close for good a week on Saturday. End of an era.

Everything ok apart from the clothes for women. all trashy in the store but online good. I think they must have removed the good stuff as it was nearing the sales. I found M&S and other dept to be the same. Either that or the fashion industry is in need of a great shakeup. The supermarkets seem to fair better for every day general clothing.

The staff were fantastic - very friendly and happy to offer advice and show me around to items I may like. The shop also has such a huge variety of clothes, it made it easy to find something for my event.

I had to return a pair of sun glasses that were faulty. The gent who served me was very polite and made the process quick and easy. I'm not.sure of his name but I remember his badge saying he.was a supervisor. Late 20s dark hair.

Visited the Estée Lauder counter in Telford Debenhams. The assistant was extremely helpful and gave me a sample for my sensitive skin. The store was well lit, clean and well stocked. Definitely a good retail experience.

This is only my second visit to Telford and it was nice to see a familiar store where I could guarantee that I would have a good visit.(all their stores are of the same standard)
We visited just before the lunches were fully on display but it was no trouble to the staff to serve....
we offered to wait but that wasn't necessary.The food was piping hot and my sandwich was really
nice.The staff were friendly and smart I'm appearance and the cost of the food was well worth it.. better than fast food outlets!!!!!

Love Debenhams and being able to take your cat in for a free groom and meal is an excellent idea. Mine had her nails done and teeth whitened while I perused the trouser isle for a new pair of Farahs. Then we had coffee and cakes in the cafe with a Madonna lookalike. Another great touch.

I was looking for an outfit for Christmas, very friendly and helpful staff. I think the personal shopper department should be more visible as I was shopping on my own it would have been great to have somebody getting me another size to try or an opinion. Dressing room staff should advise people of this service. Overall great shopping.

Good selection of clothing and perfume. Can be a bit pricy. Nice clean cafeteria and a good selection of cakes. Plenty of staff on hand to clean tables etc. Nice and clean and staff polite and welcoming. There are toilets nearby.
