Went here (Telford) on 29/10/23, one fabulous young lady was left to run the place on her own as another staff member had called in sick. The queue was out the door, empty mugs and plates on trays were piling up. The staff member remained calm, polite and enthusiastic. Smiled throughout but underneath she must have been very angry, upset and stressed. I so wanted to help her. The management of this shop should be ashamed.

Very good food and coffee. Everything is fresh and large portions! Was getting tired of some of the other coffee chains due to massive drops in standards/quality - this one is a breath of fresh air. (Also for dog owners they welcome dogs š)

Friendly staff and enough seating area for groups of people.
Recommend to try the coffee if you are around near to the shop.
They have different flavours and all worth trying.
Depends on the time of the day and season they are fairly busy so pop in and check out.
Most importantly, they do offer āhelp yourself with used ground coffeeā as your garden compose. Actually pretty good idea .

What a gem of a place.! As a car owner I didn't even know this place existed as it's next to the bus station. So glad I walked down the ramp to meet my daughter's from college buses. Just settled in for a cuppa, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Shall definitely come again!

Stopped for coffee whilst out on motorbike. Easy to park up was the first good point. Ordered, parked my helmet down and taken the long bench. Late afternoon chillout, even in your 50s, lol. See you again soon, Coffee 1# 2nd Visit, love it!

Just popped in here twice a couple of weeks ago as we had never tried it. Just had a latte both times , which we were asked if we wanted it bold or smooth, never been asked before. Great place for a lovely coffee

Great coffee shop. Always use this one as it has proper daylight and outside seating.
Coffee is also very good.
I'd definitely recommend it when visiting Telford Shopping Centre.

I have not scored food as I do not eat there as I am gluten free.
You can have Decaf coffee and oat milk and soya on request.
Food looks good and seems popular.
On the edge of Town Centre opposite outdoor car park and near crossing
Atmosphere is good service as well

Pleasant staff, comfortable surroundings. Important factors for any business, but what really deserves the 5* is the actual coffee they serve. Iām a big Latte fan so when visiting new places thatās my go-to drink. The latte I had here was really nice! Flavour wise especially, which tells me the houseblend they use must be of fine quality!

Love this place! I'll be honest I was getting a bit fed up of the usual chain coffee shops, there is just no feeling in them, no atmosphere.
I have been to Coffee#1 a few times now and the drinks are lovely (recommend the deluxe Mocha) the seating is great along with the atmosphere and the staff are warm and friendly what more do you need? I can easily sit here on the laptop / iPad and there is free WiFi too offered by "The Cloud". Only thing I did notice is I couldn't see any plug sockets available which meant I did have to leave earlier than I would to finish work.
The offering is that of all normal Coffee shops with the usual baked goods and cakes along with hot and cold drinks.
Parking is opposite (pay and display).
Indoor and outdoor seating available.
Accessibility is fine with nice wide doors, disabled toilet and the seating isn't fixed so a wheelchair user can easily get to the tables.

Great hospitality and service. Pictured is a banoffe frap. Cost of medium sized drink was under Ā£4. More expensive then Starbucks!. Tea and coffee are reasonably priced.
