The staff were very patient and friendly and didn’t make me feel bad when I had questions and was being indecisive on what I’ve cream to get.
They had so many options that looked great and were clearly popular including some dairy free options. They seem to take allergies and intolerances seriously and are very accommodating
It also seemed to be one of the few places we could find where you could actually sit down and grab a coffee, a very nice & big coffee!

The manager there was so helpful in deciding the perfect ice cream. Very professional what an asset to a business. Being a EHO inspector myself she had high knowledge of safe food practices and allergy management which gave extra peace of mind. Would definitely return.

I stayed in Tenby for a week with my partner and family. My partner and I went here basically every day — they have some of the best pancakes and waffles I’ve had, best bacon my partner has had, and if you do ever end up going here, Chloe makes the best kinder bueno milkshake you will ever have. That is a promise.

Really enjoy there waffles that they sell and the milkshakes are even better. Choose your own flavour of ice cream to have as your milkshake flavour and then guzzle down some delicious milkshake. You can have snickers milkshake, oreo milkshake and even bubble gum, weirdly. My family's favourite cafe in tenby.

Thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream burger, it's well worth trying! Both the vanilla ice cream and biscoff sauce / crumbs tasted delicious with the brioche bun. Staff here were also amazing and very welcoming to us, many thanks to them 😄

The ice cream burger is delicious!! The staff were extremely kind and went out their way to give us a great experience. The lotus flavour in the burger is great and the bun is a beautiful combination with the cream.

Fantastic service and friendly. I messed up on my cold coffee order and it was all handled with smiles and helpfulness!! I used to get treated to Cadwaladerd ice cream in Criccieth some 40+ years ago. Service hasn't changed. Fantastic 😍

Excellent flavours and excellent service. Went 2 days consecutively and they recommended the combination of flavours. Absolutely brilliant and very satisfied with the combination of flavours. The vanilla, butterscotch, ripple all was superb.

Prices are okay / affordable. There is a wide range of sundaes to choose from, even kids portions. Staff is friendly though I think service was a bit slow as the shop was not that busy but still it took quite a bit of time to have 3 hot drinks, a couple of brownies and a couple of sundaes - they brought it to our table in three rounds.
