Always visit this coasta when passing or in the area. So much so that Sam in particular gives fantastic customer service and is a credit to the team. He always remembers me and my drink preferences and always greets me with a smile. The store environment is always pleasant and clean. My only negative is that the toilets could do with an upgrade. Looking quite tired.

The usual Costa, decent drink toilets need a serious refurbishment but were decent apart from that.

Always enjoy going in here. Coffee is always good and served quickly. Cakes, toasties etc are always tasty. Lots of space inside can always get a table. Staff friendly and work hard - it can get really busy in there sometimes! There is a ramp to get to the back seating area and a toilet on the ground floor so it has disabled/pushchair friendly loos. Toilets upstairs also.

This is a lovely costa to visit. I visit here around 4 to 5 times a week and every time I visit the staff are friendly and always helpful.
The only downfall is the website
says it opens at 8 and closes at 5 but this is wrong opens alot earlier and closes at 18.30 could you please update opening times and closing times many thanks from Lionel Fosher
