Atalay's Kebab Van

One of the best kebabs in the uk. I love the salad in particular and the amount of options they do. For example you can get lemon juice, jalapeños, mixed herbs, etc. It’s so easy to do online ordering but you kind of have to order 1 hour in advance in my experience. I especially love the small chicken wrap with all salad, both chillies, chilli sauce and yogurt and mint or garlic mayo. The doner is also delicious really peppery and not greasy. Love the chips and cheesy chips again you can personalise these a lot like extra salt and vinegar, extra crispy, sauces, etc.

The kabab was very authentic and not some average kabab van and the atmosphere was good I went there a year ago and it use to be a small trailer kabab van now it the size of half of an apartment and has a giant freezer and a TV and the workers were very nice but I didn't like it that you had to pay for sauce and the wraps were tight my slogan is if its not tight it is not right

Out standing, Kebab!! the first time I tried because normally my mum cooked every single day. Can't get a chance to try. I grap Chicken Kebab Regular. because I just want to try it. what is the taste. wow, excellent and great meat juicy. Normally, if you ask a HongKonger, did we like chicken breast. we must say NO. we only love Thigh or wings. After I ordered. we talkative with their lovely chief. they gift me extra Fries . OMG. too kind. their extra fries are nicely for me. I love their chips. honestly, I will say Fries. prefect night prefect food. Delicious. why they always got many people waiting their Fresh made Kebab. Cheers

Been visiting the van for the last two years due to the award and a popular YouTube reviewers video. The quality is always much higher than what you would typically find from other Kebab places and is a really slick operation from such a small unit. The mixed meat (3 different meats) is always a stand out option in my view, with the meats tasting very fresh and the homemade chilli and garlic sauces which are the highlight for me. Having said that i dont get to visit often, but when i do its always top notch, however my last visit i noticed some small differences. Firstly i found the Lamb Doner meat was a little thinner cut than usual, it used to be much thicker cut which made it very unique, but may have just been a one off this time which was fine. Secondly the Chilli and Garlic pots cost 90p each, they used to be huge but unfortunatley you now just a much smaller pot rather than the larger pot that was always given before. A little dissapointing as getting 4 of them would cost you £3.60 for less now. They still taste great but a dissatisfying change for sure. Ultimately i wont knock off any stars, but hopefully at least management looks on bringing back the old sizes of the sauce pots or drops the new size ones to 50p which is more fair for what your getting now. I went around 3-4 months back and was not like this so must have been a recent change, which i can completely understand times are increasingly tough for businesses. In summary its a great place, excellent food and super friendly staff (just to note its cash only though)

Amazing! Situated in the old market town of Thame… Me and my son were greeted with open arms and when asked what we like were offered a quick sampler FOC so we could make our mind up. It was so tasty that we said we want everything, which was proceeded by a mixed wrap of everything! My new favourite best ever kebabs!

Genuinely refreshing to get this level of customer service. I was late to collect my meal due to unexpected circumstances, they were just shutting up for the night and my meal had gone, completely understandable, it was my fault i was late at the end of the day. When they saw me they completely recooked my meal and stayed late to do so, i felt absolutely terrible for it but they were so great about it. The only way i can think to repay them is with this well deserved 5 star review. As usual the food was also fantastic, Well deserving of every award they have collected! If you're nearby (or far away, its worth the drive) then you must try this place out! It's rare to get the winning combo of amazing food and great customer service!
