Excellent pint of Guinness from here. Can not fault the guy at the bar. Place is generally ok but tables are always dirty for some reason. Need to clean up better. All in all a great location with excellent stout and beer.
The food was lovely and staff were excellent and friendly. I would recommend.
I've not been to a harvester for years, what can I say, it's been my loss. Jack our server along with the rest of the team were spot on and very friendly.
Whilst we were waiting to be seated every member that passed apologised for our wait and said that the person whose name I can't remember who seated customers would be over shortly.
We were seated, given menus and offers and Explained how it worked and who our server would be.
The interior was modern, organic and very comfortable, even as the restaurant filled it never seemed full. And the food came out fast and was really good quality and value, salad was unlimited along with soft drinks.
I hope that all harvesters are this good and will be using their online system to book a table when in the area again, as it's really easy, well done Bassett's pole harvester. I'll be back !!!
Food was fabulous even better being served by my nephew Oliver very polite helped me with my choices.

We booked a table for a lovely family meal out and the seven of us were sat at a big round table where we were looked after my Gary.
The food was great! First time in a decade that I've had a good meal from a Harvester. All the staff were polite, the salad bar was in a fantastic condition and well stocked.
The meat on the main meal was succulent and tasty (I had the second to largest Chicken and Ribs meal).
Desserts were really nice too and didn't taste of over sugared whipped cream.
We had seen that Gary was having a tough shift with everything from wrong orders sent out from the bar to glasses being hid in menus and getting smashed. Despite all of this Gary remained smiling, polite and kept a great sense of humour.
If we didn't live out of the area we would return frequently and we hope that both this Harvester and others, continue to cherish such staff members.
(and don't forget that a little tip for good service can go a long way).

Went for hot drinks and dessert! Was perfect! I would say the tables could be cleaner (ours was sticky) but the Desserts and drinks were yum ! We got a brownie and crumble! And there was an offer too! The crumble was tarte but sweet and the brownie was super fudgy!
Nice to see the salad bar back, However with that being said very limited to what items are out. Would be nicer to have a wider choice on the salad bar. The main meal was to die for especially the belly pork. The stuffing chips were lovely but would have been nicer with a little less stuffing seasoning as after a few it became quite over powering. But was nice. Something different to normal chips. Staff were so polite. And table service was great.
Apart from having to wait 10 minutes to be seated. The rest of our evening was great lovely atmosphere. Great food and helpful staff. Will definitely be visiting again soon.
We were welcomed at the door straight away by a very pleasant staff. Confirmed our booking and explained the parking ( you must enter your reg on entering restaurant, to the right of welcome desk ) shown to our table and explained the menu and offers they had for that day. Introduced to Kate, our waitress, she made us feel welcome, and as the rest of our group arrived, promptly asked if we needed drinks. Kate looked after our needs the whole visit and made it a pleasant experience. Thanks. All our food was well presented and tasted great. The atmosphere was good and not too noisy. Will definitely be back.
