Had the most amazing evening for work Christmas party. The table area was set up so lovely, was warm and cozy with the fire heaters. The atmosphere of the whole night was great and the food was the best. And service was brilliant and friendly . Had the best night, the best food x

we’ve come here for dinner tonight and we are bowled over by how lovely it is here! you wouldn’t expect it upon seeing the front, but there is a beautiful beer garden out the back with little huts for hire and it is such a scenic experience! our waitresses were beautiful and polite, the food was cooked to perfection, and they had a vegan menu with variety which makes a change from the usual falafel and hummus! everything was well priced, overall a gorgeous pub which we will be returning to soon! 🤍

Perfect journey-break inn experience. Stopped by to break-up a car journey, and so glad that we did. This is no-frills, genuine hospitality backed up with excellent food and quality local ale. Apart from the lovely 'real-people' staff, what we really liked was the quality of the ‘small-plate’ fayre. When one is halfway through a long journey a typical gut-buster pub lunch is the last thing that you need. In this respect their menu really hits the spot. Creative, well presented and delicious. Well done! I wish you every success for the future.
