Really nice branch of neros the same delicious coffee and good choice of equally delicious cakes very doggy friendly plenty of dogs inside today lovely because I love dogs nice seating areas very comfortable enjoyed my visit situated in market square thirsk lots of loverly interesting shops paid parking i believe not long stay

Shockingly poor service on Friday from a woman with red hair and shaved sides. Rude, abrupt and lacking in basic customer care skills. My friends latte was undrinkable- should have gone to greggs. Won't be returning.
Mel was absolutely amazing today managing single handed and still manged to service everyone! Customers were amazing too offering to help and no one moaning !! No sure how it was fair someone can be left to run shop alone shame on the management really!! You did yourself proud.today!!

Cafe Nero is our preferred high street coffee chain. Love the toasties, coffee is stronger than Starbucks and Costa. Dog friendly. Thirsk cafe is always clean and has space. Vitality Health users can get a free weekly drink and 25% off food or 50% off healthy options.
The staff are always happy, friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and wonderful coffee. It was extremely busy in neros today and all staff gave 110% as usual. It's lovely to see people enjoying there job as it lifts your spirits. I will definitely be going back. Well done guys xxx
