I use this place every week. It's conveniently on a route I use regularly for work. I just wish that I could get a tea or coffee sometimes, but of course, it's just cold drinks on offer. But this will not prevent me from calling regularly in the future. The staff are friendly and always helpful. I feel relaxed when eating here
First experience of Taco Bell... the place was clean (and pretty much deserted)... staff were polite enough but weren't in a major rush as such. Main gripe is (I imagine) a company-wide problem... I asked for a burrito... and when I think burrito I think a hearty, decent sized wrap filled with Chilli... I mean... the wrap and its contents were tasty... but hearty? I was left feeling like I'd had half a meal... so what we can take from that is that I'm either a greedy swine or the portion sizes at Taco Bell are perhaps a bit on the stingy side? I'll possibly go again... maybe.
Amazing service and great service offered by the lovely young girl Tamzin , taking service the extra mile , so clean and tidy
I will always come to this Taco Bell from now on

It wasn't busy inside, food was good, nice staff. We went around 9pm. Place was a bit messy, but the drive through line just kept coming, surprised the staff kept up as it is. We debated wether kfc/mcdonalds and we went taco bell instead as we never been before. Well guys it's 10/10. Try it. If you're unsure what you want go for a crispy chicken burrito deal, comes with fries. Oh and free refills on the drinks
Excellent food, clean area and good customer service from the staff. Ladies toilets out of order, but notice on door to re-request a key for dialled toile to be used. Also the drinks machine seemed to be leaking water so a puddle on floor, however slip notices in place.
The meal was plentiful, very tasty and very reasonably prices, will definitely return.
I had the crispy chicken burrito meal. The lettuce was fresh, the creamy jalapeno sauce is lovely & flavourful whilst dialled down on spice. The fries are great too, well seasoned and not overdone. Also, fries & cheese sauce is only £1 on the extras menu, an absolute steal. The meal also comes with a refillable drink which is very appreciated.
So, refillable drinks, incredible tasting food at great value, polite staff, what's not to love? Give it a go.
First time, I was pleasantly surprised. My partner and I had a meal for 2. We both enjoyed our meal. The staff were polite and friendly too.
Really good food! I’m fairly new to Taco Bell but the food here is great. The restaurant is a great alternative to the very average KFC next-door.
Highly recommend the quesadillas and wrap meals. The fries and the fresh churros are also really good! 👍
Just the most amazing member of staff at the Thorne branch. Dan is friendly, always helpful, always remembers my blue light discount. He's a pleasure to see at the window. Keep smiling Dan
