Sat outside the lovely yurt on a sunny evening as they were fully booked inside but were still happy to accommodate us. Friendly staff, food was yummy and was brought to the table really quickly. the pudding was a really good coffee creme brulee and a dough nut and chocolate sauce combo.. sauvingnon blanc nicely chilled .. what was not to like

Yummy, fresh food and friendly, helpful service. Will definitely be returning and would recommend a visit. Curry night was fantastic. Great atmosphere and families welcome.

Wow! This place is just brilliant. Haven't been to the Yurt for many years, and I know it has changed hands a few times, but this was amazing. Food was out of this world. If they have the fish platter to share, you must try it! Also staff were so lovely and friendly. Really nice to see people showing so much passion for their food. Can't wait to go and try more amazing food. Really good value for this area, which sometimes can be overpriced. Well done guys!

Lovely food, great surroundings, but most of all people who actually care. My son left his retainer wrapped up in a piece of serviette, a couple of hours later we noticed, contacted the Yurt and by the time we had driven back these amazing people had sifted through all their rubbish to find it for us (despite it being really busy). If you haven't visited yet, PLEASE GO - you will love it, our faith in quality service , lovely food and genuinely good people is more than restored. Thank you so much.

AMAZING food here! We had the Surfs Up for 2 which was delicious but despite not wanting it to, it beat us in the end! Really friendly, helpful staff & honestly again, the food is awesome. Even down to the chips. Great value for money. We will definitely be visiting again. Perfect end to a wonderful day spent in Wells.

My steak burger was nice. My wife had a falafel roll and soup which was less so. Huge and a bit stodgy.
Portions here are very generous. Staff are nice.

Food and staff are excellent, back to it’s best since April 2019. Fresh, tasty, wonderful flavours. Regularly visit when this way. And recommend to our guests at Sea-Glimpse and Sandy-Nook.

The Yurt is a great place for food, service and atmosphere
We've been coming regularly for a while and enjoy it every time
Yesterday we arrived a little too late for breakfast but as that what was what we wanted they cooked it for us anyway, and even did a special vegan
version of Phil's Huevos Rancheros for me , which were delicious
Brilliant place . Look forward to next time

We found this place tottaly by chance. We weren't very hungry and only got two starters. Chimmichurri Jackfruit taco and Hogget Kofte Kebab and got blown away by how good was it. Amazing food, friendly staff, great place. Worth a visit even if you're not very hungry

We went to the Yurt for the first time this year and we’re very impressed with the refurbishment. The food from the new menu was excellent. My wife had the Posh Pot Noodles and I the Tuna which came with mussels and doesn’t do the description or the taste of the dish justice. The staff as usual were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the food.

Ambiance, amazing, decor, very cool. Starter, fish taco... totally awesome... main, the burger.. fries were great, slaw was very good, the burger, ok.... mac & cheese, bit too much mustard in the sauce... bit of a let down... very full though. Well worth a visit though. Was a very enjoyable meal... just the starter raised expectations to ridiculous levels!

Unusual, quirky place but interesting menu, attentive staff and live music this Friday night visit. Sharing platter we had was excellent quality and value. Looking forward to trying out their Wednesday curry night soon.

This place is so cool that we don't care about the 2hr round-trip! Great food and extensive drinks menu, Estrella on tap and lots of local gins. Need to go back several more times before I've tried everything! Can recommend their flat white - delicious!
